Terms & Conditions

  • Session Validity: Parties must be booked and used within 4 months of purchase.

  • Scheduling: Parties are scheduled via email.

  • Cancellation Policy: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the booking.

  • Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable, but sessions may be rescheduled within the 4-month window.

  • Confidentiality: All readings are held in a safe, confidential space.
