- grounding meditation
- 1hr 45mins focused painting time
- sharing circle at the end

Frequently Asked Questions
1hr 45mins approx. Each session we start with a brief 5-10min chat and guided meditation to transition from your life into grounded painting time. Then we put ourselves on mute and paint - do your thing.
If you have taken my Intuitive Painting Course you will know how to create a series of works that are totally personal to you and your style. Just use this framework to focus on what you feel lead to focus on.
We spend the last 20mins or so as a sharing circle - taking the opportunity to talk about what your explorations that day taught you, ask for feedback etc
Whatever you usually use to paint.
Replays of the classes will be circulated within 24hrs of the class and you will have access to all the recordings for 3 months after the final class.
Perfectly. You know the framework and will receive a copy of The Intuitive Painting process when you sign up. If you need some guidance on where to begin, just read through and dive in.
This Painting Circle is for people who are not looking to be taught how to paint or find their style. This is for people who don't want to be taught but want to make time to paint and follow their own inner-guidance.
